Silver Hills offers a modern contemporary Australian restaurant on site with great daily specials.  Guests can unwind with a drink sitting on chesterfield couches beside the historic open fire.  The bar is well stocked with Tasmanian products and old classics.

Bookings preferred, the restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 5.30pm.  We also offer the menu as takeaways or, if a guest in the hotel, as room service.
